Le Feu Table Reservation Policy

A ₱5,000 non-refundable deposit is required to secure reservations for groups of 10 or more.
The deposit will be deducted from the total bill on the day of the reservation.
Reservations are only confirmed once the deposit has been received.
MOP: Cash or Gcash For Gcash payments - proof of payment must be sent to us via Viber [+63 917 852 6541] or through our official social media channels only.

NOTE: Any change or cancellation to the reservation must be made up to 48 hours in advance or deposit will be forfeited

CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICIES:

[Standard] cancellation is free of charge up to 3 days prior to the date of arrival, after this time, a cancellation fee equivalent to (1) full night stay shall be charged.
Some rates are NON-REFUNDABLE, please read the cancellation and deposit policy applicable as you make your reservation online
No Show - 100% of the total reservation cost
Shortened Stay/Early Departure is considered as Late Cancellation – fees apply
Appropriate fees will be charged to the credit card provided as guarantee or the deposit will be forfeited.
In the event that the company guarantees room bookings, the fee will be billed to the company for settlement.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: Php 2000 per stay; Refundable at check out if no damage or incidental is incurred during stay.

SMOKING POLICY: All rooms are non-smoking. Penalty fee is USD300.

PHOTO/VIDEOSHOOT POLICY: Please note that the hotel will not accept wedding related bookings such as bridal shower, stag parties and photoshoots booked on the hotel's website or any third party agency.
