Are pets allowed at Le Feu?
No, pets are not permitted in our restaurant. Thank you for your understanding.

Is smoking allowed?
No, Le Feu is a non-smoking establishment.

Do you have a private room available?
No, we currently do not have a private room that guests may use, but you may reserve the whole restaurant.

What is the dress code?
Our dress code is casual. Please avoid wearing slippers, tank tops (sando), or short shorts.

Do I need to make a reservation to dine at Le Feu?
No, reservations are there for us to serve you better, but walk-ins are very welcome.

Is parking available?
FREE valet parking is available for your convenience.

CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICIES:

[Standard] cancellation is free of charge up to 3 days prior to the date of arrival, after this time, a cancellation fee equivalent to (1) full night stay shall be charged.
Some rates are NON-REFUNDABLE, please read the cancellation and deposit policy applicable as you make your reservation online
No Show - 100% of the total reservation cost
Shortened Stay/Early Departure is considered as Late Cancellation – fees apply
Appropriate fees will be charged to the credit card provided as guarantee or the deposit will be forfeited.
In the event that the company guarantees room bookings, the fee will be billed to the company for settlement.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: Php 2000 per stay; Refundable at check out if no damage or incidental is incurred during stay.

SMOKING POLICY: All rooms are non-smoking. Penalty fee is USD300.

PHOTO/VIDEOSHOOT POLICY: Please note that the hotel will not accept wedding related bookings such as bridal shower, stag parties and photoshoots booked on the hotel's website or any third party agency.
